Remote Assistance

I have XP Professional I want to setup my computers to
exept offers for remote assistance. I open the local
group policy go to computer configuration, Administrative
templates, system, but under system I do not have a
remote assistance policy.

How do I get this?

You can only use the "Offer" functionality if your in a domain or a trusting domain environment. Is
that the case? Go to "Start -> Help and Support" and search on "offer remote assistance" for more
information and/or look at these KB articles for help with that...

Otherwise, in a SOHO environment you can do a 'poor mans' version of the above...
