Remote Assistance ?

Hi,
I'm trying to remotely gain access to another pc. i know how to remotely
gain access by using remote desktop, but that locks the other person out on
the other end. How can I remotely gain access to someone's pc so we both can
work on the pc without either party being locked out- sort of like citrix or
pcAnywhere.

You give up control if you want the other person to take over, then take it
back when you need to do something.

remote desktop does support two simutaneous desktops
instead you can use "realvnc"

Welcome.. they still recommend that the host refrain from using the kb and
mouse while their pc is being controlled, right?
