remote assistance

I've been trying to set up remote assistance on my office domain for almost a week and in the process i discovered that remote assistance service is not available on windows 2000 server which is the OS on the domain controller. However all other workstations on the domain are running windows xp, which support remote assistance. Is there any way I could setup OFFERING remote assistance from one station used by an admin to any other workstation. I tried doing that from the help and support window but I got this error message: "Access to the requested resource has been disabled by your administrator". Anyone know how can I resolve this error?

Any help would be appreciated.

You can run Remote Desktop for all of your WinXP PCs. The client will run on
any Windows PC (e.g. on your Win2000 server), and can be freely downloaded
from here:
