Remote Assistance Permission Denied

I'm running Home LAN with 2 pc with xp sp1
and i'm trying to use Remote Assistance
but it keep always came with message:
PERMISSION DENIED

what happen?

The other person didn't grant you permission to log onto the system?
(Remote Assistance asks the end-user if the one trying to connect *can*
connect. They can answer/choose to ignore and you will be denied.)
