Remote Assistance - 'Invite someone to help you' - problems

Hi this is probably a stupid question but I will ask anyway.

When I click 'Invite someone to help you' I get an error message saying
'Your current system settings prevent you from sending an invitation'

Does any one have any idea what setting I might need to change?

Check the following:

Go to Start -> Control Panel and double click System.
Click on the Remote tab.
Make sure the box to allow Remote Assistance is checked.
Click OK.

Once this is done make sure whatever firewall program you're
using is set to allow RA.

Good luck
