Remote Assistance Help Needed

I'm trying to set up my Remote Assistance, and when I go to click on the
link: Invite someone to help you, I get this error message:

Your current system settings prevent you from sedning an invitation.

My firewall is set up for exceptions... what do I do??

Go to Control Panel and double click the System icon.
In System Properties, click on the Remote tab.
Make sure "Allow Remote Assistance invitations to be sent from
this computer" is checked.
Click OK.

That fix was way too easy!
I had the same problem, but could not find a M$FT solution in any help files
or online sites.
