Remote Assistance error

When attempting to accept an email invitation for Remote Assistance
..... I click on the link in the email - which is a file name of type
MsRcIncident and select Open. I am taken to a web browser screen with
an error message of "The Page Cannot be Found" at the bottom of the
page it says HTTP 400 Bad Request.

Appreciate any suggestions.

Try saving the attachment and then opening it from the saved location. I
know that I have experienced this problem with trying to run an attachment
from inside of a Novell GroupWise email message.
