Remote Assistance Error

Every time I try to start a Windows Remote Assistance
session with someone I get the same error:

Remote Assitance connection could be established because
the remote host name could not be resolved. Please try
again.

I have tried looking for resolutions with no results on
KB and in here .. Any suggestions?

Hi,

If either system is behind a router, it (the router) will need to be
configured for port forwarding for port 3389 to the internal IP of the
system being accessed.
