Remote Assistance Automation

I work as a system administrator and have computers
running XP Home, I was wondering if there would be any
way to automate the sending of a Remote Assistance
Invitation on the Host machine. I would like the client
to be able to double click on an icon, whether it be for
a shortcut or a program of some sort, that will open RA
and enter my e-mail address and passwords.

Thanks in advance

Well, the way that I came up with is illustrated on this page.

In this case you, the Expert, setup desktop icons on your machine so when a user, ie. the Novice,
has a problem and calls you or yells or whatever, you can simply click/double-click the icon and
start the RA session. Note the Novice must still give permission so you can both view and take
control of their desktop.
