Remote Asistance invitation valid for THIS user or ALL users?

If someone logged as user A, on PC 1, sends a Remote Assistance invitation
to PC 2, is that invitation tied to the user (A) or the PC (1)? Can the
expert on PC 2 later use this invitation (if still active) to help a user on
PC 1 logged under a different account than A?

Thanks,

Charles

Hi Charles,

I'm pretty sure if user A logs off and user B logs on the Remote Assistance
Session from user A will be terminated. User B will have to request the
assisstance again.

But if the RA invitation had been saved as a file (say, to the Public folder
so all users on that machine have easy access), can user B make use of that
file to ask for assistance -- or does each user on a PC need their own
personal RA invitation file? I'm trying to make the RA process as simple as
possible, for a machine used by several non-techy users.
