remote access connection manager

I cannot start my "REMOTE ACCESS CONNECTION MANAGER"
AND "REMOTE ACCESS AUTO CONNECTION MANAGER" It states
my "ACCESS IN DENIED"
PLEASE tell me how to start this so I am able to connect
to AOL and access the internet.

Open your registry and backup it. Then drill down to
HKEY Local Machine/System/CurrentControlSet/Services/Rasman/PPP/EAP
There should only be subkeys 4 and 13.
Delete the 25 and 26 subkey.
