remember windows

I have a dummy question :0)

Every time I open a window (mostly IE), it stays too small. Then I take the
grab handles and move them out to make the IE full screen. But, sure enough,
I open another one and it's small. I can't remember how to do it, but i want
Windows to remember my window size! Any help please.

Hi

After you have dragged the window to the size you want it, close that window
via File>Exit/Close.
