remember email addresses

Outlook normally will 'remember' and email afte ryou type it in, but I have
a couple computers that won't do this.
Anyone have any ideas on how to get it to remember them? Office 2003

I believe you're speaking of the autocompletion feature. Do they remember
at all? Do they remember for a while, but forget when you close and restart
Outlook? Have you enabled the option in Tools>Options>E-mail
Options>Advanced E-mail Options? Have you tried a new mail profile?
