copying email addresses from one computer to another

I have an older computer running outlook 2003 and am moving to a new computer
running outlook 2003. I'm not sure what its called but outlook auto saves
each email address you send to so I don't have to remember it later, I just
type A and all my A email addresses show up in a list and I can chose one to
autofill. Now that I've moved over to a new computer that history is lost and
has to be rebuilt. Is there anyway to copy the list from the old computer and
import into in the new?
