Remap Windows+E key

Is it possible that when I press the Winkey+E key comboinatiopn, instead
of Explorer opening with My Computer, that Windows Explorer opens on My
Documents instead?
I know I can click on My Computer and make shortcuts etc., but I always
use Winkey+E to browse my computer.
Anyone recommend a way to get around this (or even remap the keyboard
with another program).
I know about Winkey (www.copernic.com/winkey - not sure if still
available) but taht didn't allow remapping the following keys with
Windows key:
D, E, M, R as they are "built-in" to Windows.
Using XP Pro OS.
Thanks

KeyTweak - Keyboard Remapper 1.11
This utility allows users to redefine their keyboard input signals. You can
enable and disable keys, remap keys and reset all remappings with one
click.Needs: VB6 Runtime DLLs

I do not believe this will work. See:
http://webpages.charter.net/krumsick/KeyTweak Manual.htm#_Toc58638280
"Can I use KeyTweak to perform keystroke combinations with a single
key?
No. KeyTweak doesn't work on that level.
KeyTweak changes the scancodes as they enter the PC, so it works before
the keycode is interpreted.
Since the combination keystrokes are interpreted at the keycode level,
KeyTweak can't accomplish the combination."

I guess none of the remapper utilities will work for the same reason.
This means that you will have to run a program like WinKey at each
startup, that does work at the keycode level.
But I doubt that any of these will let you change combinations like
Winkey+E, that are already assigned by Windows.
