reinstalling office

Michael

I usually install Office 2000, then my 2nd language pack for 2000 and then
install Office 2007 so that my 2nd language will work. I forgot to do it
this time and just installed 2007. How can I unistall 2007, install 2000 and
then 2007 over it WITHOUT losing my data (especially my Outlook messages,
addresses, etc.)???

Also, any way to back up the messages, etc. in case something is lost?

Thanks!

Michael

I dont know about the language pack issue, but if you installed 2007 and
created an outlook data file with that then that data file cannot be read or
opened with 2000.

Uninstalling office does nothing to your data, it remains.
With outlook closed simply copy the data files, *.pst (generally they are
hidden files)
