Outlook 2000 & Office 2007

I bought a laptop with Vista Home Premium installed. Office 2007 came with
it as a trial. I already have Office 2000 and wanted to use it. I
uninstalled Office 2007, and installed Office 2000. When I tried to sends
email using Outlook, I received an error regarding wab dll. I
uninstalled/reinstalled Office 2000 and ran Outlook again. Same error.
Tried to manually add the wab file, then received an error regarding
MSOERT2.dll I'm lost now. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Outlook 2000 is incompatible and unsupported with Vista.
You might get some limited success with Outlook 2000 in Corporate/Workgroup
mode.
