Windows XP Reinstalling IE6

How do I reinstall IE6> I am using Firefox but need to access IE6 for a banking site.

Cant even get install from the IE setup.exe application?

Did you delete it when installing Firfox?

Start > programs> it should be in there

I can see the program files folder for IE but not the big blue E!

I have downloaded the setup.exe. gets to initialising then stops with unable to install components

is it in the add/remove programs list ?

I can get past the above but I cannot find an OS disc to reinstall IE6- how do get past this?

remove it then try and reinstall from the link on the microsoft site ?

I have found a disc for IE 6.

I have uninstalled firefox. closed anti virus, fire wall etc.
