Reinstall

If I reinstall windows xp pro through a compaq restore
disk, will I lose any documents on my C:? Will i have to
reinstall all my programs?

A Compaq Restore CD will reformat your drive and reinstall
the Windows XP operating system. You need to perform a
backup of your files before using it. Afterward, you'll also
need to reinstall all your programs using the original installation
CDs.
