Reinstall URLMON.DLL

Before I do the system file checker, let me ask you this: Does the regsvr32
urlmon.dll command work for Windows Me or just XP?

The information at updatexp.com appears to only pertain to Windows XP. I
need to get my existing operating system working before I consider upgrading.
Is there a similar tool for Windows Me?
