Reinstall Services.msc

When I do start>run>services.msc>ok, it says that Windows ME cannot find this
file. How do I reinstall it?
 
Windows ME can't find it because there is no such thing in Windows ME,
so there is also none to reinstall! This is a Windows 2000 group, you
should direct Windows ME questions to one of the ME groups.
