ReInstall IE

Went to http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb%
3Ben-us%3BQ318378 to try and fix problem where some users
couldnt get to internet through IE even though they could
get to the internet with Mozilla.

And did that to the registry.

Downloaded IE 6 and it keeps stopping saying the program
was not tested with XP!

So now I am stuck with setup trying to re-run everytime I
log in.

Any ideas???
