Reinstall IE from Windows 98 CD ?

Apparently, my Internet Explorer is damaged - It will
load, but doesn't goto my home page, or another web site.

I have the original Windows 98 installation CD. How do I
reinstall Internet Explorer from the CD - without
reinstalling Windows 98. I DON'T want to lose all the
info on my hard drive.

I have Google searched the internet for the answer, but I
can't find any help.

It must be do-able and probably easy.
