reinstall IE 6 sp1

I'm trying to reinstall ie6, but gives error message:
The software you are installing has not passed windows
logo testing,

I check in MS site knowlege base 828031, it says to
remove windows hot fix kb823559, I did it. Then try
intall again, but gives the same message.

What should I do now?

If that does not help, you may try a repair installation of Windows XP. However, this will remove all the hotfixes added since Windows was last installed.
