Hi there
I'm hoping someone can help.
I was getting some strange errors in IE and Outlook
Express eg. Outlook Express just shutting down when I
pressed "reply" to a message.
I have followed procedures to reinstall IE6.1, but during
the install I get the message:
"The software you are installing has not passed Windows
Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP.
(Tell me why this testing is important.) This software
will not be installed."
I looked at the Technical database and seemingly found
the solution: Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 828031,
which said to uninstall Hotfix KB823559 and then install
IE6, which I did, but I get the same error.
Help!
