I have a problem because I am trying to install this game I just bought, and
I cannot install it because this message keeps showing up saying: The
software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its
compatibility with Windows XP, and then it says that I should install
DirectX, which I already did. What should I do, how can I fix this problem?

Sometimes after you install DirectX one has to re-install the video
drivers, then install DirectX again.
