Reinstall Explorer

No sliding bar in Security area for Explorer...Explorer
errors out, et. Downloaded and want to reinstall
Explorer. I thought I deleted it first...but when I went
to reinstall says it exists and can't reinstall. What do
I use to wipe it out completely and reinstall fresh!?!?

First eliminate any spyware. See
