Regsvr32 problem

Dear all,

I try to install the Palm Desktop on my computer with the windowXP
HomeEdition Sp2. There was a dialog box of "Microsoft Visual C++
Runtime Library" jump out "Runtime Error!
Program:C:\WINDOWS\System32\regsvr.exe This application has requested the
Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's
support team for more information"

I've called the 1-800 hotline for the company but they said this is the
window problem but not their software problem. Is there anyone can give me
some advise to solve this problem?

It is so frustrated that I paid for it but got nothing. I don't want to
complaint any at this moment. Please help me to solve it soon.
