Registry files

Hi there all experts can you advise..
I have bought and set to work a new cannon printer but I can not delete
all the old files there is still an entry in the add/remove programmes and
quite a few entries detailing my old Epson in the registry. on attempting
to delete I get the advice box which says 'unable to delete specified
values' and help would be appreciated

You shouldn't remove a printer's files manually.

Enter *delete a printer* in Help and Support to find out how to remove a
printer.

You might have to reinstall the old printer to remove it, so enter *To
install new or updated printer drivers* to find out how to do it.
