Registry Error: 0x00000051

I cant get into XP at all. I have tried to start by
clicking "last know good configuration", and i get the
same deal...i get this error
message. "Registry_Error" "Stop: 0x00000051
(0x00000003, 0x00000003, 0x00000000, 0xe14eb000)
and "0x00000051 (0x00000003, 0x00000003, 0x00000000,
0xe153d000.


Using a dell 2350...XP Home bought in dec '02.

Any helps appreciated.

Who can help - can't re-install XP ( Or do anything ! )
