My system completely froze on me and I had to perform a forced re-boot.

I then received the following error:

multi(0)disk(0)partition(1)\windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
multi(0)disk(0)partition(1)\windows\system32\hal.dll
multi(0)disk(0)partition(1)\windows\system32\kdcom.dll
multi(0)disk(0)partition(1)\windows\system32\bootvid.dll
multi(0)disk(0)partition(1)\windows\system32\config\system
multi(0)disk(0)partition(1)\windows\system32\config\system.log

Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt
\windows\system32\config\system

I treied, through Both Recovery Console (R) and also attempted a new
installation and received the following error:

REGISTRY_ERROR

*** STOP: 0X00000051,(0X00000003, 0X00000003, 0X00000000, 0XE118C000)

What can I do?
