Registery entry to bottom post

I only use WM as Outlook Newsreader.
In OE there was a registry DWord entry that could be added to enable bottom
posting by default. I'm in the registry editor now, but not 100% sure where
to put this entry, or if it should be in the same format as the OE one...

Why not simply go to Tools>options>advanced, and enable it there )

I believe that is the same place as under Windows XP SP2.
