We just bought a new laptop for my husband, and the local
shop where we bought the computer and WindowsXP installed
it without us being there. When we pull up Start-
Control Panel- System, the General Tab shows

Registered to:
Bill & Sussie

In the first place, Susie is spelled incorrectly, but
most of all, my name should not appear at all!!!!!

We would like it to say Registered to: Bill Q

We still have to "Activate" Windows, but we wanted to
correct this first! The shop where we bought the
computer and Windows, don't know how to fix it!

Can anyone here help us?
