After reinstalling my compact X1000, it reminds me to
register with microsoft the problem the original Home wn XP
CD has been register more than 25 times, is there any way i
can register

You mean Activate.
There is no limit to the number of times you can activate the same
computer and license.
Simply choose the option to activate by phone.
Call the displayed number, done in about 5 minutes.
