Registering XP with Microsoft

I've bought a new Dell computer with XP Home edition in
it. When I opened it the first time I was requested to
register with Microsoft which I could not do at that time
since I was not yet connected to Internet. Now I am.
Where and How can I go back to the procedure to register ?
