Regional Options

Hi!

The third question :)

I added the component for Date,Time,Language and Regional options and it
will be shown in the control panel, but when i click on the category,
nothing happens. What's wrong here?

Sorry, small mistake..

The category buttons works, but when i click on "Change the format of
numbers.." nothing happens..
