Regestry Software Cleaning

Does anyone have suggestions on registry cleaning software for XP pro OS's? I
need a solution some of my computer are having some serious issues and i
would imagine that cleaning the registry would fix this.....

There are very few problems, other than incorrect file associations
(file types associated with applications that no longer exist) that
can be alleviated by cleaning the registry.

What specific issues are you experiencing? There may be other ways of
fixing them.
