Can I delete things like this from regedit:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/MSNMessenger/PerPassportSettings/ # # #
# # (where I show numerous #'s)
AND
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/UnreadMail/various names (which are all guest names)?

Thanks

You mean delete from the Registry. Regedit is the system utility for
viewing/editing the registry.

You can usually just select the key and hit the Delete key, or Edit >
Delete from the menu.

If you are inexperienced with using the registry or are unsure of
potentially awful side-effects of an edit, then renaming the key is a
safer approach.
