Run msconfig.exe from the Start/Run box.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\MSConfig\"Startupfolder"
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\MSConfig\"Startupreg"

As the key names indicate they hold the start type of entrie, either from
the startup folder in the Start Menu or in the Registry Startup Keys (Run)

If you find nothing in the "Startupfolder" key, install "MSConfigClreanUp"

And to both remove and clean unnecessary entries at the same time from the
MSConfig, use "StartUpLite.exe"
