Regarding .Net

I have .net dev kit, I developed an appln using vb.net

Can I simply run the appln on win2000 which doesn't
have .NET dev kit.
If no Then to which url I should go and collect the free
kit.

To run the applications created with the .NET SDK:
You DO need the ".NET Framework"
You DO NOT need the ".NET SDK" (Software Development Kit)

The ".NET Framework" provides the run-times and .dll files.

Use "Windows Update" to add it.
