Refreshing of new published site

Hmmmm.....I know how to "publish" - at least I think so. Have done it before
without any problems anyway. And the new files are showing as updated on the
remote website. My problem is that when I visit the homepage, it says:

HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

I've confirmed that the "index.htm" is there etc. The only strange thing I
do see is that the "index.htm" file has the "house" icon on the locale site,
and is appearing to transfer as a linked file to the remote.

Any help out there for me? Well....*HaHaHa* ..... in relation to THIS
problem that is. ;c)

Thanks!!

You need to check with your host to see what is the correct name of the home page for their server.
