Milo: Intermittent error when publishing some of my sites

When I go to publish my web site (FP2003 on XP) after editing the page(s), I
often get a message that says "some items have changed on both the local and
remote web sites and are in conflict." I then have a choice to: 1. Ignore and
Continue; 2. Overwrite Remote Files or 3. Cancel. I choose 2. Overwrite
Remote Files.

When I open a file, I always do it via "open web site" or "recent sites" so
this isn't related to a similar problem someone else got resolved where she
was accessing files instead of webs.

Someone suggested that I check in Remote Web Site Properties /Publishing to
make sure Changes are set to "Determine changes by comparing source &
destinations ", but that is indeed set properly. Thanks!

Any help on why do I get this message?

This is a known bug in FTP publishing with FrontPage (all versions) and
Expression Web (versions 1 and 2)
The cause *may be* inaccurate clock setting on either your PC or the server,
or meta data not updated correctly.
The problem has been partially fixed in Expression Web v3.
