Redirecting printing

Windows 2000 server serving as a DC and a print server for multiple
printers.

If I have a print job in one of the queues and the printer goes bad, is
there anyway to take that print job and move it to another printer? If so,
do the printers have to have certain similar characteristics or do I have to
be using postscript drivers?

Printer pooling requires very similar printers (using same printer
driver). As trying to feed "input" configured for one printer to a
printer that is different will result is VERY unacceptable output.
