Needing to view saved print jobs....

....I'm keeping an eye on stuff that someone is printing, so I went into the
printer settings on the server and had it keep print jobs. I can open the
printer and see all of the print jobs, but all I can do is cancel or reprint
them to this person's printer. Is there a way to copy those print jobs to
another printer or archive the jobs?
