redirecting print jobs on clients

Hello

I migrated the printer server from one server to another using MS Print
Migrator 3.1

My question is, is there a way for me to have all our clients be able to use
the new print server
without having them manually add the printers on the new print server ?

Once I decomission the old print server, how can I have their installed
printers update to the ones
that are on the new print server ?
