redirect messages using rules in outlook 2003

I want to redirect (not forward) my email to another email account. However,
when I followed the
instructions (online) for creating a rule, I ran into a problem. While the
description
online indicates that there is a rule for redirecting, I only found a rule in
the wizard for forwarding messages. Any insights on how to redirect?
this's Old question from someone but no satisfactory answer!
Please help me!
 
You can only redirect when you are in an Exchange environment.
