Red X's and Flash issue

1 - On web pages getting those picture red X icons and no
pictures.
2 - Also trying to get the macromedia flash but can't
even get that to download, can't watch any macromedia.

help!!

Richie, I noticed when I increased my security settings
in IE it had that result. Check security settings in IE
explorer and set to medium, see if that helps, if not
there should be someone else with another suggestion,
Fluffy.
