Hello:
I have a client who, upon surfing some web sites and upon trying to download
Macromedia Flash Player, is getting a red X and other placeholders instead of
pictures.
He has XP SP2 on his laptop, but his firewall is turned off. So, the
firewall setting is not the issue.
Also, he and I have followed the famous Microsoft support article #283807.
But, this did not resolve the issue.
We have looked on different forums but no help has been found.
I'd rather not uninstall SP2, if I can help it.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks!
