Recycler folder

I had a virus or two today, which were unhealable, basically long story short
I delete one of the files in the recycler folder, which the virus was stored
in, is this going to screw up my computer if yes can i restore if it, if no
what is the safer method of dealing with virus that anti-virus software can't
seem to sort?

Depends which virus has infected.Do you remember exactly which virus
infected your system?

It was a java/byte trojan. From what i've seen it's had no lasting effect but
i really can't be sure
