c:\recyclers, unable delete items

R

Ricky

I am attempting to delete some malicious files as directed
by a Norton Anti-Virus Scan. I am able to display
the "recyclers" folder on my c:\ drive, however I cannot
open the folder within the recyclers folder where these
files reside (according to the Scan log).

Help! Please?

PS. . .also, how come I cannot search for c:\recyclers at
the MS Windows site/help/etc???

MS Windows uses the Recyle Bin. Try your troubleshooting within Norton.

And the Windows recycle bin on an NTFS drive is called C:\Recycler -
with no s. Search is greatly helped by correct spelling
